Save Outlook emails to SalesNOW

SalesNOW allows you to save an email from your Outlook Inbox to a SalesNOW Contact, Lead or Deal record and will automatically store a copy of the email within SalesNOW.

To Save Outlook emails to SalesNOW, please follow these steps:

  1. In the Outlook Inbox, locate the email that you would like saved to SalesNOW

  2. Right click the email and select the option Save to SalesNOW

  3. You will now be asked whether you would like to have this email associated with a SalesNOW Contact or a Lead /Deal record.
  4. Finally, please click Save
